Min Yang is Chairwoman of ASF Group Limited and is President of Aus-Sino Investment Association. She has extensive corporate and property expertise developed over 15 years of working in Australia, China and many parts of South East Asia. She has an extensive business network in China, Macau, Hong Kong and Taiwan, has undertaken investment banking transactions and deal origination throughout greater China and Asia Pacific. In early 90's, Min worked as vice president in one of the biggest property development firm in Macau which undertook property developments worth billions in Macao and Southern China. She took charge of business development and oversees marketing and sales. After relocating in Sydney, Min acquired a major share holding in a Sydney real estate agency and formed Sino Property Network Ltd (trading as Aushome) a company specializing in channeling Chinese investment into properties in Australia.
Min was instrumental in forming a consortium in the acquisition of two Sydney Hotels and was involved directly in the operational side (sales & marketing) of the hotels with high occupancy rates of 95%. She also worked with Guangdong China Travel Service (GDCTS) as business partner in travel opportunities for Chinese traveling overseas.
Min Yang was Chief Producer of a 12 series film and television documentary "Australian Chinese", this documentary was broadcasted on China Central Television in both Chinese and English version before the Sydney 2000 Olympic with over 100 million.viewers and the DVD version been collected by The Australian National Museum. Min also created a popular internet portal recognized by China's Olympic team as a herofax website during the Sydney's 2000 Olympics. Recently Min published a Chinese magazine ---Aus-Sino Fortune became a popular investment guide book for Chinese investor intending to invest in Australia.
Min established a company that became a Licensed telecommunication operator in Australia and later merged with an Australian listed company building it into a telecommunication carrier with over 100,000 customers that specialized in voice and data communications between Asia Pacific and China. Min was the Vice President (China strategy).
