Kings Hill is set to be a new master-planned community in the Lower Hunter Region, north of Raymond Terrace. The Town Centre, which is focused around the foothill to the north and west, serves new residents as well as wider community in the region as a unique tourist destination.
The site is located between Pacific Highway and Newline Road, approximately 40 km north of the Newcastle Regional Centre. It is surrounded by natural features such as Grahamstown Lake to the east, Williams River to the west and mountainous conservation lands to the north. In 2010 the NSW government rezoned land to the north of Raymond Terrace, popularly known as Kings Hill. This significant residential development in Port Stephens is expected to be a catalyst for economic growth of the region.
