Further to the announcement of ASF Group Limited (“ASF”) dated 4 August 2016 in relation to ASF being shortlisted for the final round bidders for the development of Albert Island, London, ASF advises that it has been informed by the Greater London Authority that the tender submitted by ASF has not been successful.
